Introducing New Property Manager/Realtor at Recovery Realty

Effective March 1, 2024, we have a new staff member joining my company of one which is now two. Morgan Williams is my daughter, and she recently passed her real estate exam wanting to enter the real estate industry as a new professional in both sales and management.

She returned to California last September after a few years in the Denver, Colorado area. Starbucks has been fortunate to have her in a management role at various stores in both California and Colorado for the past five years where she’ll continue in a part-time role. She was recently married and her husband is pursuing a career in law enforcement preparing for an academy. They are the proud parents of two dogs, so it look like just granddogs for ol’ grandma here.

You will start seeing communications from her soon, so please join me in welcoming her to our boutique brokerage.

My real estate tenure includes many years with Del Webb/Pulte Homes as a top producer in real estate sales and repeat customer business as I understand the importance of each client as well as meeting the unique needs of individuals.  My experience includes decades of successfully managing property in Northern California and Northern Nevada with zero vacancy.  I also have my Bachelor’s Degree in business with specific experience in small business development and human resources management.
