Rent Payment Options
Save money on postage and never worry about lost mail. Set up one-time or recurring secure bank transfers or eChecks (ACH) from your bank account for $2.49 per transaction! For those who prefer cash/in person payments, we offer a cash payment option for $3.99 so you can take your cash to any 7-11 and receive a receipt for your records.
Legal Compliance
It is our duty to make sure we stay up to date on all state and local laws to make sure you are protected as a tenant.
24 Hour Repair Hotline
We have a 24/7 repair contact should an emergency occur after hours. We have plenty of resources available for troubleshooting non-emergency problems, as well.
Secure Resident Portal
Your password-protected portal allows you to view your payment history, print rent receipts, make repair requests, and update your information anytime.
Response Time
Nobody likes waiting for a response, that is why we promise to respond to all communication within 24 business hours.
Onsite Visits
We will visit your property during your lease term to ensure there are no outstanding repair issues and that your safety equipment is working properly.
Quality Repairs
Our vendors are prescreened to ensure they are knowledgeable, friendly, and they leave your property clean after a job. We even send you a maintenance survey after the job so you can give your honest feedback.
Fair Lease Agreements
Our lease is prepared and approved by the California Association of Realtors. Our forms are reviewed and revised regularly by the CAR legal staff to ensure fair and transparent documentation for our property owners and residents.
Resident Benefits Package
Our Resident Benefits Package includes renters’ insurance, quarterly HVAC filter delivery service, and positive credit reporting for on time rent payments.
