  • No, these services are included in our Full Service management plan. We believe in transparent pricing without the "nickel and diming" common in the industry.

  • We provide professional property management services across Placer county and surrounding communities specializing in residential rentals and multi-family units.

  • Tenant Placement is our one-time leasing service focused on marketing your property, finding the right tenant, and completing the screening process. Full Service includes everything in Tenant Placement, plus ongoing property management, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and compliance support.

  • Our management fee is 8% of rent collected, meaning we only earn a fee when rent is successfully received—if no rent is collected, you owe us nothing.

    For owners with multiple properties, we offer reduced pricing:

    • 2+ properties: 7.5%

    • 6+ properties: 7%

      (applies to single-family homes)
